The Animal Welfare Specialist, reporting to the Supervisor, is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative, operational, and customer service tasks that ensure the efficient functioning of the animal shelter. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with animal intakes, reunifications, and adoptions, coordinating licensing activities, and serving as a liaison for public, legal, and health-related matters.
